Blue sky is a Kosher restaurant by Chef Meir Adoni.

On the Summer fo 2013, The restaurant was created after 12 years of amazing work of chef Adoni in his restaurants Catit and Mizlala.

The kitchen at Blue Sky is a chef cuisine that combines different culinary experiences, from light meals with unique cocktails to a full dinner experience accompanied by superb wines.

The menu includes dishes from the best ingredients and changes on a seasonal basis.

 The restaurant is dairy Kosher and the menu is based on fish dishes.

The restaurant is located on the roof top at the prestigious Carlton Hotel Tel Aviv and overlooks the spectacular urban view of the city Tel-Aviv and the Mediterranean Sea.
